I placed my order on December 22nd, but I did not see any indication in the confirmation that the service would be closed and that my order wouldn't be processed until after January 5th. I checked the website that day and didn't notice any notices. Perhaps I overlooked it, but I only found it today. I believe I would have caught it on the 22nd. It would have been helpful to have this information included in the order details. Additionally, the confirmation email stated "We're getting your order ready to be shipped," which wasn't accurate. It should have mentioned that the service was closed until January 5th and that processing would occur after that date. Now, I'm left wondering how long it will take for my order to be processed. I'm sure I'm not the only customer who ordered during this period.
