Review Time
I've been attempting to reach someone for a week. The first representative retired, and the second one did not process or confirm my request, nor did they reach out to me. I'm extremely disappointed with the new system. I need to speak with a person! Please get in touch with me on Monday as soon as you open. I'll be in the hospital waiting room while my husband undergoes knee surgery.
I placed my order on December 22nd, but I did not see any indication in the confirmation that the service would be closed and that my order wouldn't be processed until after January 5th. I checked the website that day and didn't notice any notices. Perhaps I overlooked it, but I only found it today. I believe I would have caught it on the 22nd. It would have been helpful to have this information included in the order details. Additionally, the confirmation email stated "We're getting your order ready to be shipped," which wasn't accurate. It should have mentioned that the service was closed until January 5th and that processing would occur after that date. Now, I'm left wondering how long it will take for my order to be processed. I'm sure I'm not the only customer who ordered during this period.
I left a voicemail request and received an informative and friendly voicemail from Elizabeth (Thurs, 10/23/25). On today's call (10/27/25) I spoke with Rex Louth.
