Wonderful service at the local branch, the eye examination with the representative was fantastic, explaining everything thoroughly and making me feel at ease. They took their time to address my concerns. Even though I didn’t need new glasses this year, I felt appreciated. The staff member conducted a complete check of my glasses, tightening screws and cleaning them, and advised me to return anytime for further cleaning and to bring my care kit for a refill. I was warmly greeted by a friendly and professional staff member.
