I felt like I had a personal shopper with Chi at the local store. The optometrist provided outstanding service, spending over 45 minutes with me and offering invaluable advice. I’m excited to pick up my two new pairs of glasses. I had previously visited other locations before returning to this area.

The team conducted a complete check of my glasses, tightening screws and cleaning them, while encouraging me to return anytime for further cleaning and reminding me to bring my care kit for a refill. I was warmly welcomed by a friendly and professional staff member.
