I reached out after trying to buy a bracelet for my spouse just a week before the holiday. This is incredibly frustrating. You've left this sit for nearly three weeks without any action. Now, I’m left scrambling for an alternative gift. Overall, I’m very dissatisfied with how this purchase has been managed. The individual responsible for the online store is clearly not handling things well. Unless significant improvements are made, I will not be placing any more orders.
