Fees have increased dramatically over last 2 years and the customer service for after sales with membership is shocking ( they do not take phone calls unless you are buying a membership)
Some club facilities do not warrant nearly £300 per month for 1 adult & 1 child membership low maintenance standards as well as very old facilities from previous bought clubs. That said the staff in club are excellent and and most clubs are clean however you could save around £200 a month going to your local non corporate money making gym run by council and have just as good classes and gym facilities some spa retreats are a joke in comparison to others clubs at DL
