Had an issue with deferral of membership that I couldn’t resolve on the app. When Ellen Montgomery of the membership team got in involved my issue was dealt with promptly, flexibly and to my satisfaction. The only reason I have deducted a star is due to the length of time from my initial query to getting to speak to someone.
