I have been ordering cookies for over 6 years, for holiday gifts. This year I placed my order online. I wanted to cancel the order and order another item instead. I called back to get a cancellation email which I never received. I asked for another agent and she did not connect me to another agent since she was rude. No cancellation email thus will not order the new product. She claims her name is Anna, in the NJ location. If David’s cookies want to loose more customers than continue to hire incompetent workers. So disappointed to have this experience.
