Bought cookies for aunts funeral, shipped ups, my work address didn’t accept ups, found out before delivery tried too change shipping address, called ups, they said need contact David’s cookie, David’s cookie company said too bad, and no refund or help what so ever! Stay Away From thieves!!!!!
The cookies might be delicious, but I won't have the chance to find out. I ordered two tins of gluten-free cookies for family members with celiac disease. Although my order confirmation indicated gluten-free cookie and brownie mix, I received one tin of assorted coffee cakes and another of mixed cookies, neither of which were what I requested. I understand that it gets hectic during the holidays, but when the service claims their gluten-free products are made in a separate facility, sending regular cookies instead raises serious concerns. If I hadn't noticed this mistake and my family had consumed the gluten-containing items, it could have resulted in a serious health issue.
The cookies might be fantastic, but I won't get to try them. I ordered two tins of gluten-free cookies for family members with celiac disease. Although my order slip indicated gluten-free cookie and brownie mix, I received one tin of assorted coffee cakes and another of mixed cookies. Neither matched what I ordered. I understand how hectic things can get during the holidays, but when they advertise their gluten-free cookies as being made in a separate facility, sending regular cookies instead is unacceptable. If I hadn't noticed this and my family had consumed the gluten-filled sweets, it could have led to serious health issues.
I placed my order a week before Thanksgiving, expecting prompt delivery like in my previous experiences. However, it wasn't shipped for five days, arriving the Monday before the holiday. Now it's Wednesday, and it's still in transit with no estimated arrival time. With the holiday approaching, I'm worried it will be delayed even further. I'm anxious about what to expect when it finally does arrive.
Very disappointed that I spent nearly $40 (including shipping) for just eight cookies. The description was misleading; I thought the 1lb tin would include eight of each flavor. It was a gift, and it felt like a rip-off. I won't be purchasing again for this reason. The price is just too high for the quantity.
Twice I've ordered from this service, and twice the delivery dates changed. When it finally arrived, the container was filthy, the dry ice had melted, and the cookies smelled awful. When I contacted the support team, they seemed indifferent. Their attitude was unimpressive. I won't be ordering again; those cookies are too pricey to have such poor quality, and the company doesn't care.
I purchased chocolate chip cookies for the holidays, not realizing they were jumbo and only eight in a tin—$5.00 per cookie, which is expensive. We expected them to be great, but they were just okay after slight heating. Eaten straight from the box, they were dry and lacked flavor. We won't buy them again.
If I could rate your pecan balls lower than one star, I would. What have you done to them? They used to taste like my mom's, but now they're awful. They crumble apart, there are half cookies, barely coated in powder, and utterly disgusting. I will never purchase again.
The 10" Viennese Sachertorte Chocolate Cake is both delicious and beautiful. Unfortunately, we bought it through a platform that ruined it. My wife ordered it for my birthday with a request for delayed delivery for a surprise party next Friday. Instead, it was overnighted, and UPS damaged it slightly. Now we have a fantastic cake that won't last until the party, and the surprise is completely ruined. The platform won't take any responsibility and instead blames the company and UPS.
