Although my order confirmation indicated gluten-free cookie and brownie mix, I received one tin of assorted coffee cakes and another of mixed cookies, neither of which were what I requested. I understand that it gets hectic during the holidays, but when the service claims their gluten-free products are made in a separate facility, sending regular cookies instead raises serious concerns. If I hadn't noticed this mistake and my family had consumed the gluten-containing items, it could have resulted in a serious health issue.
