Bought some ‘birthday biscuits’ which look gorgeous. The guys who run the shop are so lovely and helpful. It was lovely to see the treats being baked in the shop and great to know it’s all good ingredients! Our Cocker Spaniel gobbled down the peanut butter doughnut cake. It’s 5 ⭐️ from him as well as me!
You will never find better customer service. They accidently missed an item from an order. I emailed them and within a couple of minutes had a lovely personal reply. They swiftly sent out the missing item and completely unnecessarily added some bonus treats as an apology. I love this place almost as much as Archie loves their treats.
