Great vets, but medication delays

The Vets are truly fantastic, especially with a hyper reactive dog. Their support is invaluable for additional opinions at a reasonable cost. If I could award them 10 stars, I certainly would. I've used this service before, but I don’t remember having an option to pay for anything beyond a single visit, which is fine. I prefer to pay more for a thorough experience rather than feel rushed. We’ll see how this progresses, and perhaps single visit clients receive a different level of care, which could be a factor. While I understand that some medications take time to process, I opted for next day shipping. When I followed up, the representative was very helpful and refunded my shipping fee. However, I was informed it would arrive on Monday, but tracking now shows it won't come until Thursday. This means we are waiting more than a week for both dietary adjustments and the medication. This is my only concern, as past experiences didn’t have this issue. I’m more than willing to pay extra, but the ongoing delays and shifting timelines are frustrating.

So easy and fantastic!

Everything is so easy. The ability to schedule a virtual appointment with a vet is fantastic. My German Shepherd hates going to the vet, so virtual appointments and prescriptions have been a lifesaver. Plus, we are saving a lot of money!
