Horrible service…..I have built homes in the past and this by far is the worst experience ever. They won’t answer emails or phone calls about work orders on getting your house fixed . Subfloors weren’t screwed down properly/ celling joined bowed the floors , so much noise when walking upstairs. A large area on landing wood stairs was sticking up and caused my son to get a huge cut on his toe/ also on top of the stairs . Bugs everywhere when moved in they never got rid of them like they said . Mildew smell coming from the vent hood , ac electrical was never hooked up. My carpet is still messed up and I have been contacting Davidson to get that scheduled but they won’t give the flooring company the PO number they need . I would never in a million years recommend or buy from them. The customer service is horrible I don’t know how they are still in business.
