The quality of the properties is excellent, with spacious rooms, parking, and solid walls. The finish has been outstanding, down to the details. The staff are helpful, and the aftercare team is very reasonable and responsive. We love living in this estate.

CAUTION. I purchased a four-year-old home from the original buyer. I downsized from a much larger property to reduce upkeep and energy costs, but THIS HOUSE IS FREEZING AND COSTING MORE TO HEAT THAN MY PREVIOUS ONE!!! Considering their supposed 'better than most' reputation, it seemed like a safe choice, but their guarantees are worthless. As we are not the original buyers, we don’t have documentation for fixtures and fittings, and even if we did, it’s only for two years. The ten-year warranty they offer is supposedly structural, but this doesn’t seem to cover windows and doors. The guarantee for the windows is irrelevant since they claim their supplier went bust. They won’t provide the company name or address either. It took months to obtain an Energy Performance Certificate during the purchase. Now I understand why. They seem to rely on generic certification, allowing them to install subpar materials to save money. There are serious drafts from the windows, and we are cold and spending a fortune to NOT be warm. They want nothing to do with it. If you are considering buying one of these homes, you should be VERY cautious. The standard letter received means NOTHING. Absolutely disappointing!
What a wonderful place and wonderful people. My son and daughter-in-law purchased their first home, and everyone was so nice. The site managers were incredibly helpful with any issues they faced. The sales team’s kindness has even inspired me to consider buying myself. I would 1000% recommend them, and I am so happy for my son and daughter-in-law, all thanks to the amazing team.

If I had any questions, she would get in touch with the site manager immediately or follow up later. This made the process much less stressful than I had anticipated. I used their recommended legal and financial advisors for efficiency. Every person involved was effective, helpful, and easy to communicate with, with no unexpected delays. The house was built carefully, which gave me confidence in their methods. The timeline I was given was met, and I received the keys as scheduled. Since moving in, I’ve noticed a few minor things, but the site manager has been incredibly helpful in addressing them promptly. I’ve seen others mention long wait times for fixes, but my experience has been excellent so far. They built a solid home for me, and I have no complaints about the team. The staff seem happy, which reassures me they take care of their employees and, in turn, their customers. The team has been superb, and I can’t thank them enough for their ongoing support.

The site managers helped us at every step, even after moving in. Having dealt with other developers in the past, I knew what to expect, but these individuals exceeded my expectations. They assisted us with both small and major concerns. The representative in the sales office was also amazing; she was the reason we decided to purchase. I couldn’t recommend them enough.
