So as someone who works in the professional construction industry, I decided to give Davidsons the benefit of the doubt. So sales team good, I got a professional snagger into the property before moving in if I did it it would have been quite damming, many items were picked up in the report-like poor paint work, not straight ceilings, chip tiles, bearing in mind I was told “we have excellent QA in this site…..” clearly someone needs to go to specsavers!Overall paintwork was awful-poor quality, finishes.So Davidsons didn’t rectify the items in the snagging report before I moved in, so I’ve had had to deal with after sales team.One word awful! All they do is get their sub contractor to contact you and you have to basically project manage the defects works…..persimmon were far better!Works are still ongoing on the site as a whole-which I have to try and turn a blind eye to the health and safety issues, the sub contractors attitudes, loud music playing while people are trying to work from home, sleep because of working nights etc.Would I buy a Davidsons again, sadly not. The finish quality poor and after sales has been frustrating.
