I had a frustrating experience with the company regarding a delayed order for an Advent calendar. They were aware of a shipping delay but didn't inform me until later. The tracking showed the shipping label was created, but the order sat in a warehouse for over a week. Once I learned of the delay, I tried to cancel the order due to its time-sensitive nature. Despite multiple attempts to reach customer service during that week, I received no response. I could only contact someone after the item was delivered through their online support. After delivery, I requested to return the Advent calendar, but I was told I had to pay for return shipping, despite the known delay and the product no longer being useful. I want to clarify that I wasn't asking to return other items purchased at the same time—only the Advent calendar. Their stated return policy and claims of being accommodating were not honored. This was my first and last experience with this company, and I would advise others to be cautious when ordering.
