I originally wrote a bad review because it took over a week for my order to even be shipped (order placed on 11/6/21). It has been this way (long waits for shipping) the past two times I've ordered and when we're spending nearly $100 on tea, it just seems a bit ridiculous. I order items online several times a week, I've never had an issue with long waiting times. It is now the 11/18 and we finally got our tea. My husband and I love this tea so much and haven't found any loose leaf quite like it, so we will continue to order. I just really hope that they get it together when it comes to their shipping wait times!!! The products are out of this world, good enough to keep us as customers - but the shipping is ridiculous. I recently read on Facebook that they are switching their products to a new distribution center, so hopefully future orders will be faster. Thankfully we've never had an issue receiving what we paid for, and in good condition.
