I ordered about $40 worth of tea and storage containers about 3 weeks ago. A few days later, they sent an email explaining that there would be a delay. Okay, no big deal. But about a week after that, they sent an email asking for a review, as if it arrived. Wanting to give them a chance, I tried to contact them by any means possible. None of their customer service phone numbers work?? So I talked to a representative through a chat room on their website. They, again, explained that a lot of their packages have been delayed, but that my package should arrive that day. It didn't. I then tried the only option available; contacting them through Facebook messenger. After giving my info to a bot, it said that a representative would be back with me asap. It's been 5 hours, and I give up. I just filed a complaint with the better business bureau, I hope they can help me get a refund. I trusted this company due to all of the good reviews on their own website, which was a mistake on my part. Apparently they refuse to post certain reviews. Unbelievable.UPDATE: After filing a complaint with the BBB, it turns out that they're shutting down completely, so that means no refunds for any purchases. And yet I was never notified in any way by the company itself. I would give -5 stars if I could, I'm disgusted.
