On a Friday, I realized I needed an item by Sunday afternoon. The website offered overnight shipping, but that would have resulted in a Monday delivery. So, I called the company and a representative assisted me. She went out of her way to contact their fulfillment department to ensure my order had a Saturday delivery option. It arrived on Saturday!
