Do not purchase anything on line. My husband bought me a bracelet for Christmas. It was too small. We called David Yurman and were told to just return it via UPS and then they would issue a refund. My husband dropped the bracelet and original packaging to UPS as requested. We never received the refund... they are saying they did not get the bracelet that the box was empty... We contacted UPS who are saying they delivered the package. We followed their process on returning the bracelet and are now down $600.00. I will never purchase David Yurman again. I have a few other pieces we brought and love but I will never buy again. They are implying that we sent them back an empty box... and stole the bracelet... NEVER AGAIN!!! SHAME ON THEM.

The customer service is terrible! The chat feature simply doesn’t work. Agents promise to address issues but never follow up. Email responses are often rude and disrespectful. It’s better to shop in stores instead of online, or you risk not receiving your order.
I ordered a pair of earrings for $650 for a special occasion. The company claimed the earrings were delivered on December 3, but they never arrived at our home. I called the support team on December 4 to inquire about my order. They said it was a UPS issue and could take up to 6 weeks to resolve. The representative also mentioned I would receive an email about a replacement order within 48 hours, but I heard nothing. When I called back, I was told they had filed with UPS but it would still take up to 6 weeks to resolve. I asked about a replacement order and was told that Operations would contact me within a week. This is not acceptable. I wanted the earrings for a special occasion and am incredibly disappointed with the service I received. I’m having my bank withhold payment. I have many pieces from this company but will not purchase from them again.
I brought an 8-month-old necklace to a local store to have extra length added to the chain. The salesperson accepted the service request and quoted $50-60 for the sterling silver chain. Two weeks later, the quote increased to $200 for just 2 inches of chain on a $375 necklace. Naturally, I complained. Another two weeks passed before I received a response, stating the quote was based on the necklace's age and condition, and they don’t typically do repairs. I declined and requested my necklace back. I had to follow up four times to get it returned (policy states it should be returned within 10 days of my decision). I finally received it after 3 months. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I am so disappointed. We purchased a bezel ring for my daughter’s graduation, and not even 4 months later, the stone was gone. The company did not cover the repair, leaving the cost to the customer, and the process to send it in, get evaluated, and repaired takes over a month.

I left with a new ring that I adore. This experience was a wonderful surprise amidst a challenging personal situation, and the kindness shown to me truly brightened my day.
On a Friday, I realized I needed an item by Sunday afternoon. The website offered overnight shipping, but that would have resulted in a Monday delivery. So, I called the company and a representative assisted me. She went out of her way to contact their fulfillment department to ensure my order had a Saturday delivery option. It arrived on Saturday! Plus, I had a pleasant surprise reconnecting with the delivery person! Thank you for the excellent service; I’m a happy customer.
I own around 20 pieces from this brand—rings, bracelets, and necklaces. They are high quality, beautifully designed, and have held up well. My pieces range from $200 to $5,000 each. Recently, I bought a Chevron black rubber bracelet that had issues. I contacted the office, and within days, a representative called me to offer a replacement at no charge. I arranged to pick it up at a local store. This is high-end customer service at its best. I remain a loyal customer.
