I had a frustrating experience after being referred from a home insurance provider. They seem to do everything possible to avoid addressing a subsidence claim that their own surveyors confirmed within moments of being on-site. They are unresponsive to emails, and when they do reply, their responses lack factual backing and contradict their own surveyor's findings. Numerous files were uploaded at their request, yet no one has reviewed them, showing no interest in further investigation.
