I took out a travel insurance with staysure but Davies group handled my claim. Do not bother taking a policy with them . I had my belongings stolen from me in Paris. I had all the information to get my claim sorted but I wasn’t paid for all my belongings that were stolen because of poor case handling. Then when I told them to look into it . I was accused of fraud and told to pay back part of the claim. This has been a nightmare . I was referred to use Davies group but never using them again.

My freezer was "condemned" on Friday morning and reported to the company by the engineer.
They sent me an Eclaim form about an hour later which i completed. By the evening the claim was completed and a voucher for Currys was in my inbox. Absolutely amaxing.

What began as a minor leak escalated into a £10,000 issue that took two months to resolve. After four visits from leak detection experts and countless phone calls over 30 days, I was told my home was uninhabitable. I eventually located the leak myself in just half an hour, right where I had initially indicated. I faced unprofessional behavior from contractors over the phone. There was even blood smeared on the walls that wasn't cleaned up. It's been over three months with no update on my claim, despite assurances we would be contacted before the New Year. If handled properly, this leak could have been identified and repaired for under £800 in just a few days.

Frustrating Experience

I had a frustrating experience after being referred from a home insurance provider. They seem to do everything possible to avoid addressing a subsidence claim that their own surveyors confirmed within moments of being on-site. They are unresponsive to emails, and when they do reply, their responses lack factual backing and contradict their own surveyor's findings. Numerous files were uploaded at their request, yet no one has reviewed them, showing no interest in further investigation. We have filed an official complaint but received an inadequate response, so we are seeking legal advice. Avoid at all costs.
