I placed an order on July 3rd but never received the product. Despite multiple emails and phone calls, there has been no proper response or resolution from Dawntown.When I finally got a reply, they refused to process a refund and only offered store credit or alternate products — which I clearly declined. Till now, no one has contacted me with any update, and my refund has not been processed.This is a clear case of poor service and complete lack of accountability. As per Indian Consumer Protection laws, a refund should have been provided for a product that was never delivered.Extremely disappointed. I do not recommend this platform to anyone.
