This is 1st time I placed order-DT, on 20Jan 25. I am not getting any updates. Your phone is not working. Bad service. Poor service. I was planning to order a pair of retro oz as well but I won't now. Poor service. Please help to cancel the order if can't deliver it . I'll post this on social media as well to save others to go through this humiliation. Bunch of idiots , running a fraud business
