What a scam! I placed an order on their site on January 19th, and to date, I’ve only received a confirmation email—no order tracking, no dispatch update, nothing. It’s been a week now, and despite multiple attempts to contact them via email, dropbox, and even phone, I’ve received no response at all.I initially saw a few negative reviews but assumed they were isolated incidents. Now, I believe the positive reviews are either fake or paid. This has been the worst experience ever. I booked this for someone’s special day, and now I have nothing to take with me.Such negligence and lack of customer service are completely unacceptable. If I could, I would give them a negative review. If I don’t receive an immediate update or resolution, I will escalate this matter further and ensure no one else falls victim to this scam. It’s because of a few scammers like them that our country’s reputation gets tarnished.
