My experience with Downtown has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. After placing an order for a pair of shoes, I was bombarded with 7 calls from their executive, pressuring me to finalize the payment. The intensity of their follow-up made me hopeful for a smooth transaction. However, this hope was short-lived.Once the payment was processed, it was as if Downtown decided I no longer existed. My attempts to contact them about my order were met with a deafening silence for an entire week. When they finally decided to pick up the phone, they acted as though we were starting from scratch, asking for my address all over again, with no acknowledgment of the payment I had made or the order I was inquiring about.To make matters worse, they issued a tracking number that turned out to be a dead end. My order has yet to be shipped, and the level of customer service has been astonishingly poor. It's baffling how the quality of service can plummet so drastically post-payment.This experience has left me incredibly disheartened, and I urge anyone considering a purchase from Downtown to think twice. The lack of accountability and follow-through is alarming, and it's clear that customer satisfaction is not their priority.
