I recently purchased a BBQ from BBQworld.co.uk, Purchasing was easy and delivery was faultless and quick, unfortunately a part was damaged on arrival, I wouldn't think the part was damaged in transit based on packaging but at point of manufacture.BBQworlds customer care was perfect, a single phone call and a couple of emails of pictures etc and a new one was on the way, I kept the old part so I could BBQ in the mean time, I would highly recommend and can't imagine going anywhere else for BBQ supplies in the future
