Gift Experience Disappointment

I received a gift from this place and discovered they do not provide gift receipts, do not allow the sender to include a note, and do not permit exchanges! The company only offers refunds to the original payment method after a returns process. So, if you receive a gift from here, you’re pretty much stuck with it, facing considerable difficulty in making any changes. I would NOT RECOMMEND.

Fantastic Shopping Experience

After browsing their website, I needed additional measurements, so I called. A representative said she’d find out the details and call back. To my pleasant surprise, she did! The furniture I wanted was too large for my space, but due to this excellent service, I chose something else from their website. I selected an outdoor dining set, which was delivered promptly. I’m very happy with my new furniture, the delivery updates, and customer service. After checking other suppliers, I found I couldn’t have gotten a better deal, especially with a 60% discount from buying out of season. I am thrilled with this shopping experience. Thank you!

Frustrating Experience with Delivery

I ordered a garden table well in advance, with confirmed delivery dates for the following week, to prepare for an important family dinner. However, on the morning of the scheduled delivery, just an hour before arrival, I received a message from the delivery team stating they could not deliver because the item had not been dispatched. This situation has been extremely frustrating. Due to the incompetence of both the store and the delivery service, I had to cancel significant family plans. It’s beyond me how such a large item could be lost in the process, especially since I ordered well in advance. The lack of support from both companies has made this experience dreadful. I will not be using either service again in the future. The level of service has been unacceptable, and I strongly advise others to think carefully before placing an order.
