In late November 2025, I attempted to transfer crypto to my hardware wallet for security, a process I had completed multiple times before, but I was blocked. After requesting the withdrawal and facing a denial, I appealed, only to be rejected again. As an experienced crypto user with accounts at major exchanges, Day1x.io is the only one that restricts transfers. This is unacceptable for my risk management. Therefore, my strong suggestion is to avoid using Day1x.io. The withdrawal process for fiat takes about 5 days, which is unreasonable given today's transfer speeds. However, as of November 27, 2025, management responded promptly to my concerns and resolved the issues. I appreciate the assistance I received, but I urge the team to improve their customer service responsiveness in the future.
