Long-time customer dissatisfied with support

I was a customer for nine years. At one point, I thought about switching to another provider. Other companies offered significantly lower rates: 40 pounds less per month than my current provider. A friend who recently obtained their driving license is over 30 years old. The current provider quoted him 170 pounds monthly, while others offered between 70 and 80 pounds. Additionally, my friend had an issue with her car not starting far from home. When she reached out for help, instead of assisting her, they suggested she seek help elsewhere. Their support is inadequate. I do not recommend this service.
