I ordered a 5-piece outdoor dining set that was delivered in three boxes. The first box, containing a pair of chairs, arrived in excellent condition and looks nice. Unfortunately, the second box with additional chairs came with a damaged corner and missing assembly parts. Despite reaching out for replacements over two weeks ago, I have yet to receive a response. The third box, which included the table, was mistakenly delivered to the wrong address. I managed to retrieve it, but unfortunately, the table was damaged: three planks were unattached, and screws were missing from the rest. I informed the support team about this, but there has been no follow-up. I initially discovered this product on another platform, where my experience was much better, and I wish I had ordered from there instead. I hope the support team can address these issues quickly.
