Very disappointing experience.

Very disappointing experience. I ordered furniture over six weeks ago, expecting it to ship within a week. They provided a tracking link, but it was unhelpful, and the item has yet to arrive. I've reached out to customer support four times in the last week and a half, asking for either a refund or a replacement. On three occasions, I was promised that a supervisor would get in touch within 48 hours—no one ever did. Each time I requested direct contact details, I was informed that the person “does not have a phone number,” which is unacceptable. They have taken my payment without delivering the product or offering a viable solution. This service avoids accountability and fails to assist customers when problems arise. I cannot recommend them, as you will likely not receive the product or a refund when issues occur.
