Went in to claim a prescription but when I pulled it out of my pocket it was addressed to boots in ventnor instead. So I put in my pocket and.left the shop. Only to be called back from outside by a worker called Charlotte in there who straight out said on I've stolen something, and bareing in mind I didn't pick no products up at all in their store as I was just trying to hand in a prescription. This was in front of customers, and beyond embarrassing. I proceeded anyway to empty all my pockets because in her words she witnessed me.putting there in there. There apologies are not enough, Charlotte is being rude and where's the daily face of a female dog. One of them ones. Absolutely disgusting behaviour.
