I signed up for a boxing event for £24.99, which was fine. However, I noticed an additional charge of £24.99 a week later that I hadn't authorized, despite my subscription clearly stating 'Your current plan: Free.' Getting past their chatbot to speak to someone took forever, and when I finally did, they claimed they couldn't find my account or see any extra charges. They eventually asked for a reference number from my bank to investigate the transaction, which required another call. When I provided it, they miraculously found the charge. They agreed to refund the money and cancel the subscription I didn't even know I had. Terrible service, and I will not purchase any more pay-per-view events from this service.
