Was a solid service until they auto-renewed me for a year without asking or notifying me. This is just unethical and their support was not very flexible and took a long time to get to a solution that still involved me paying an early cancellation charge
Brutal customer service...have been a loyal subscriber for years and always pause after the Super Bowl. Was actually the first year the streaming wasn't brutal and constantly buffering!!!!
Paused again this year (or so I thought) and surprise, surprise I got billed again for another month. Thought, easy enough to deal with and get an in good faith refund.
After reaching out and MULTIPLE emails...all with the same robotic responses 'hope this email finds you well' when I am clearly complaining and want a refund.
Will never subscribe again, totally brutal business model. I have never dealt with such a short sighted company, chasing the nickels and dimes and losing the dollars.

DAZN agreed to cancel my membership with immediate affect due to accidently purchase please see confirmation below. After I confirmed I would like this to happen they have since changed there mind. You cannot do this DAZN Arun you confirmed you would cancel my membership immediately please read what you said and action.

The cancelation process is an absolute rip off. You cancel, then they charge you a cancelation fee and then bill you for another month. Nobody actually talks to you to explain.
Why don't they just let you cancel and then re-sign up when your sport is on season.
As it stands now, as much as I love NFL games, I will do without due to their cancelation program.
Also the NFL commissioner is an Idiot for making this uncompetitive deal with this shit service.
Extremely terrible streaming service. This money hungry platform is the worst of all. It's quality isn't bad at all, although, their cancelling feature is terrible. I bought this for the NFL season the recently ended and wanted to cancel, now I find out that it's uncancelable for 1 YEAR. This is extremely embarrassing since other platforms offer cancelation and cost less per month. DAZN is a scam and spend your money elsewhere.
after paying for an event, unable to watch it on tv, only phone, contacted dazn but unable to fix issue, after 2 hours of trying event started so I ASKED FOR REFUND, they disconnect
watched the event on phone and contacted dazn 3 days later but they don't care
did not credit back and charge me again for an extra month of service when I canceled there 7 day free trial
Read the fine print they say you can cancel at any time and what they are saying you can can cancel your subscription but they will still charge you for the full year. I'm absolutely not impressed or happy with this company. Buyer beware they would have got no stars if I could pick that.
I am signed up for NFL Gamepass. I pay to watch NFL games. We used to get to watch the complete US broadcast but DAZN thought it be great to monetise this even further by giving us region based ads. However they have a pool of about 10 ads. Ad breaks, which are frequent, amount to guantanamo bay torture methods. Watching the same 5 adverts on repeat at every ad break is so painful that I genuinely stopped watching some games even though I'd paid for the service. I beg for the love of god you get a pool of say, 50/60 ads. Or you just give us what we paid for and let us watch the US ads because we've already forked out £180 to watch the games. Pick one, I won't be resubscribing next year I'll just find a stream for the sake of my mental health.
I appreciate the boxing coverage, which is why I've been a subscriber since the beginning. However, they have been adding various sports that don't interest me. The price has increased significantly, likely to accommodate these additional sports. They are also introducing pay-per-view events that used to be included in the subscription. I would really prefer a boxing-only plan at a more affordable rate. While I enjoy the boxing content, I could do without all the extras.
