Appalling DAZN customer service

My NFL Game Pass auto renewed for a year August 1, 2025. Thinking that it’s somewhat pricey I cancelled my subscription August 17, to make sure it wouldn’t renew in 2026. DAZN then shut down my access to the service immediately even though the current year was paid for.This is now almost 4 months ago, during which I have had no access to NFL Game Pass. I have been in contact with customer service for a refund or at least a reasonable solution. DAZN will not acknowledge any wrongdoing on their part and most responses can only be described as, if not arrogant, then very AI like. At this point I’m just drained.Save yourself the grief. Stay away from DAZN.
