The cancelation process is an absolute rip off. You cancel, then they charge you a cancelation fee and then bill you for another month. Nobody actually talks to you to explain.
Why don't they just let you cancel and then re-sign up when your sport is on season.
As it stands now, as much as I love NFL games, I will do without due to their cancelation program.
Also the NFL commissioner is an Idiot for making this uncompetitive deal with this shit service.
