Brutal customer service...have been a loyal subscriber for years and always pause after the Super Bowl. Was actually the first year the streaming wasn't brutal and constantly buffering!!!!
Paused again this year (or so I thought) and surprise, surprise I got billed again for another month. Thought, easy enough to deal with and get an in good faith refund.
After reaching out and MULTIPLE emails...all with the same robotic responses 'hope this email finds you well' when I am clearly complaining and want a refund.
Will never subscribe again, totally brutal business model. I have never dealt with such a short sighted company, chasing the nickels and dimes and losing the dollars.
