I wasn’t informed when my parcel was dispatched/shipped so I had to contact the company and they then took a day to reply. When it eventually arrived I had been sent the wrong size and then had to arrange a refund as I was then told what I had ordered was now out of stock. I also had to contact again to find out about my refund as I hadn’t heard from them to say they had received it. They replied and said refunds are taking at least 14 days!
