The customer service is absolutely unacceptable! I do not recommend buying anything from this company. I emailed about returning an unsuitable item and received a rather rude reply! I managed to return the item weeks ago but have yet to receive any confirmation or updates. I emailed twice with no response! Please don’t waste your money and steer clear!
I ordered ballet shoes weeks ago, but they have not been delivered. I've received no response to my emails or through the website chat. The advertised landline is out of service, and the mobile number I found goes unanswered. I had to buy the same shoes from another seller to make my daughter’s show, so I'm seeking a refund. Clearly, there is no customer service, and I’m concerned I’ve been scammed.
Only one of my two items was delivered. The item I received is too small, and there’s no way to contact the company as they don’t respond to emails, their website is down, and the phone number is disconnected. Total scam! Avoid ordering from them.
The order didn’t fit, so I requested a return. I received no updates or communication from the support team. They directed me to another company for returns, but that company had no association with them. I sent the item back to the original address and am still waiting for my refund two months later! I had to initiate a dispute to recover my funds.
