I had bought hunting binoculars from a seller living far away from me. The seller was MitID validated and I could pay with MobilePay so I trusted that I could buy the item without meeting the seller. But the package containing the binoculars just 'disappeared', the seller didn't have any information about the package and I for sure never received anything. The seller also had 'lost' his mobile phone and access to his email. How much bad luck can one have ? ;-) Anyway, I knew for sure there was something fishy when the seller put out another model of binoculars for sale a couple of weeks after mine. Different model than the ones I had bought but also exactly half price of the new price and also in 'almost perfect state'. How many 'almost new' binoculars does he have at home ? ;-) Anyway, when he didn't return the money as promised I contacted DBA.dk and the next day I got my money back. I am pretty sure the intervention of the customer support helped. The customer support was quick at reacting and taking my case seriously. I am thankful for all the help I got.Despite the great customer support my rating is 'only' four stars out of five because I think that their was a risk here that I would never have gotten my money back. I would have reported it to the police but all of this would not have been necessary if dba.dk had a kind of rating system of sellers (like ebay.com). Lack of such a rating system means that one needs to be careful when buying something from a seller one cannot meet in person.
