I bought a branded bag through the fiks færdig service, and it turned out to be a fake. The seller, who is a fraud, claimed that he sent me a 100% original bag when I tried to resolve the situation on my own. He said that, he knows these tricks and that I’m going to return the fake bag to him and keep his supposedly original one, accusing me of being the scammer and threatening to report me to DBA management and the police. I had to seek help from DBA's customer support, and they suggested I provide them with a third-party authentication certificate of the bag, which would allow them to cancel the transaction. This certificate costs between 250 to 700 kroner. I had no choice but to order authentication for the fake bag. I sent the confirmation to DBA, and they canceled the transaction. Then I received a strange email from them stating that the seller must reimburse me for the fiks færdig fee of 39 kroner, the delivery to my address of 59 kroner, and arrange for the return delivery to his address so that I could send the bag back to him. However, there was no mention of the money for the authentication. When I asked who would reimburse me for that expense and provided receipt, they replied that they couldn't recover that amount from the seller, claiming it was my personal choice, despite the fact that they required me to provide that document, without which the transaction would not have been canceled. The email also stated that the seller has the right to request his item back within 2 months, and I must keep it safely during that time. In the end, the seller did not contact me within the specified timeframe, reappeared a week later without reimbursing any of the claimed DBA expenses, and did not arrange for the return shipping of the item. Instead, in a scandalous manner, he demanded his bag back and continued to insult me, calling me a fraud. This is a huge stress for me. DBA does not block scammers even after I provided official proof in the form of the authentication certificate I submitted. Be cautious! I have lost my money and now I know that DBA can’t protect the buyer if the item is fake. Anyway you are going to be a victim and they will not block the seller, so he can continue his black business and can still leave a bad feedback about you, so you will have a lower rating as a buyer on DBA.

Osman O scammer on DBA

Be careful when buying on DBA, it's full of scammers, like a seller Osman O. He listed "Nintendo Switch 2 All in one carry bag" and shipped an empty package instead. When I asked my money back he just changed the listing description by adding in the middle of the text that "it's just a box" while the title was saying "a bag" and told me to bugger off. Money were sent directly, so no returns... DBA suggested we find a common solution and the seller replied "you can't save it".

If a seller scams you the only thing…

If a seller scams you the only thing DBA will do is tell you to figure it out with the seller. WTF!?

Can not log in

Hi, I want to buy an object and I live outside Denmark.(the netherlands). Is this possible ? As far as I tried, procedure was frustrating because of mandatory personal ID code. But system seems not to recognise the Dutch code.. ?
