I am very disappointed with DBA. The customer service is horrific, and it seems inherently clear to me, they don't care at all about their product, users nor future. In several of my listings, I've been harassed by toxic and mean people, and I have no way of getting rid of them or blocking their access to my listing. In fact, customer support just told me to tolerate this behavior - There's no way to block people. There's also no way to give customers or buyers reviews, what is up with this platform? They don't work anymore on their product. It's derelict, and ripe for disruption.For the entrepreneurs out there, you have an ample opportunity to create a better product. DBA STINKS.
