I have a package shipped from Sweden to the Czech Republic via a shipping service on January 8th. The last update stated it was in Mälmo. It's been 6 days now with no new information. I tried contacting them, but they also have no further details about the package. I'm left uncertain about its current status. Has it departed Sweden? I'm extremely disappointed.
