I sent a package from Sweden to the Czech Republic via a shipping service on January 8th. The last update showed it was in Mälmo. It's now been 6 days without any new information. I've tried to reach out for assistance, but they have no additional details about the package's location. I'm left wondering if it has even departed Sweden. Very frustrated.

I received a notification saying my parcel was delivered, but I never received it. I checked my cameras and even called for assistance, but I still haven't received help after three days. One employee even hung up on me during our conversation. Very poor service.
Unsatisfactory service. This is the third time my bed hasn't been delivered correctly. Each time, I have to take a day off and wait at home, only to receive incomplete deliveries. I can't say this is good service or that customers are treated with respect. We are left anxious about our orders and waste time receiving each missing part on different days.
