I sent a package from Sweden to the Czech Republic via a shipping service on January 8th. The last update showed it was in Mälmo. It's now been 6 days without any new information. I've tried to reach out for assistance, but they have no additional details about the package's location. I'm left wondering if it has even departed Sweden. Very frustrated.
