Was informed that delivery should take place on a friday between 08-30-11.30 so took the day of. No one showed up and when I called them I was informed that they forgot to to load my package. They couldn´t deliver if I'm not home to sign it (which is impossible due to work) so now I have to wait until it's sent to a collecting piont. Since the collecting point closes early I have to wait until next weekend.Asked if they could send by courier which they couldn't. Didn´t offer any compensation whatsoever....Worst deliverycompany ever...
