If I could give -5 stars I would. Stolen my money won't refund despite me returning items. 30 emails can't talk to them absolutely disgusting business. Get your act together and return my £160 owing since November!

Terrible experience with customer support.

Terrible experience with customer support. The order arrived fairly quickly, but I returned it on the same day, 27 November. There's no phone number to call, and many of my messages went unanswered. I'm still waiting for my refund!

Do not use this so called company, you do not get what you think your getting they advertised a solid wood kids bed, it was actually made from MDF. We tried to return it they refused to come and collect it, then refused to refund me any money ,

I want to give ZERO Stars not ONEi've ordered twice regrettably and on both occasions there's been problems and yet trying to contact them has been a nightmare!!!!It seems to be run by idiots if i order 2 items i expect to receive 2 items, yet only 1 delivered and not further communication from THEM!!!!!!Have to email them and you will be sent round in circles with no definitive answer to your problem.Good luck if you ignore my warning. This is borderline a scam website offering promises delivering nothing!

Awful service

Awful company. Purchased an item under the "Debenhams umbrella" apparently sold by DBZ Greet Dream LTD Horrible item absolutely nothing like the picture used to promote it and very cheap and tacky looking, I want to return. Contacted Debenhams who said contact DBZ, I have done via email several times but have had no response at all. Debenhams are just as difficult to deal with. I was also charged for shipping insurance which I hadn't asked for. Really terrible service

Order: DUX043096372Appalling!! Ordered 3 items of furniture on 1st August as I had moved house.All 3 pieces were sent out separately despite being from the same Debenhams Partner.First item arrived fine no problem.Second and third item delivered elsewhere! After many phone calls and emails and constantly repeating myself I had to also communicate with Evri who were the courier and waiting over a month they agreed that they were in the wrong.Agreed to send out the second and third items again after I agreed to provide step by step instructions to deliver to my house.Second item arrived and the following day the third items was delivered elsewhere.I have been constantly contacting Debenhams now for over a month with absolutely no response. No item and no refund.Had to go elsewhere for extra furniture as it was needed.So Debenhams have my money still and someone else has my furniture.I have contacted Debenhams constantly over the last 6 weeks since my third item was supposedly delivered and I am being ignored. My last two emails clearly stated that I would be leaving a bad review i received no response. They clearly do not care about customer service nor their reputation. Disgusting!!

Please dont lose your money .avoid…

Please dont lose your money .avoid Debenhams at all costs .They dont refund your returns or the money if the items are out of stock .The keep telling you it been refunded but it never gets to your account .If you pay by pay pal your covered l put in a dispute and they told pay pal they would refund the money ,emailed me and said close the dispute with PayPal and we will pay the refund so l did .The money never came l.phoned pay pal and they said because l closed the cause there is nothing they could do.stupid me pal pal told me to claim through action fraud .Because it is fraud ! So lm doing that .but it proves how devious they are .Its not Debenhams as we know it .l am true and honest l would hate for anyone to loose money .Go and check Facebook and the amount of people that are waiting for refunds .but please dont contact any other the numbers on face book they are scammers .pretending to be debenhams customer service in India offer you immediate payment and £50 compensation they the want you to open a app so they can send you money straight away.Please dont !! Funny thing he knew what l had ordered and how much l paid very dodgey

I stupidly ordered a dress not…

I stupidly ordered a dress not realising that this was a company who previously ripped me off. Once again they are claiming they have sent a refund which I have not had. They have no contact telephone number and ignore emails. THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT DEBENHAMS. THEY SELL CHEAP RUBBISH AND DONT REFUND. Avoid at all costs

Ordered a shawl which had to be…

Ordered a shawl which had to be returned and 16 days later I am still waiting for a refund. I have emailed customer services asking how much longer I would have to wait but I’m still waiting to hear back. When Debenhams was just Debenhams and not DBZ Marketplace I used them many times to purchase items and never had a problem. I will never use them again. Will now see if I can retrieve my money via PayPal.
