Ordered 3 items of furniture on 1st August as I had moved house.All 3 pieces were sent out separately despite being from the same Debenhams Partner.First item arrived fine no problem.Second and third item delivered elsewhere! After many phone calls and emails and constantly repeating myself I had to also communicate with Evri who were the courier and waiting over a month they agreed that they were in the wrong.Agreed to send out the second and third items again after I agreed to provide step by step instructions to deliver to my house.Second item arrived and the following day the third items was delivered elsewhere.I have been constantly contacting Debenhams now for over a month with absolutely no response. No item and no refund.Had to go elsewhere for extra furniture as it was needed.So Debenhams have my money still and someone else has my furniture.I have contacted Debenhams constantly over the last 6 weeks since my third item was supposedly delivered and I am being ignored. My last two emails clearly stated that I would be leaving a bad review i received no response. They clearly do not care about customer service nor their reputation. Disgusting!!
