I had an extremely frustrating experience with DC Law during the purchase of my property.
From the outset, I was advised that the transaction should complete within 4–6 weeks, especially as it was a repossessed property. In reality, the process dragged on far longer than expected, with significant delays and almost no communication throughout.
My main point of contact, Rachel Sharif, was particularly disappointing. Updates were rare, calls and emails were often unanswered, and I was left chasing constantly just to find out what was happening with my own purchase. There was no sense of urgency or ownership of the case.
To make matters worse, right at the end of the process, a completely different person took over the case and signed everything off, with no proper explanation or handover. This summed up the overall experience — disorganised, unclear, and stressful.
Buying a property is stressful enough without having to fight for basic communication. Based on my experience, I would not recommend DC Law, especially if you value transparency, responsiveness, and timely completion.
